Job summary

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to assess needs, develop care plans, administer medications, educate families, and coordinate with healthcare professionals. A valid RN license and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
• Minimum 1 year of hospice/palliative care experience preferred but not required.
