Hospice of the Piedmont is seeking a full-time Hospice Registered Nurse to manage cases and deliver consistent, high-quality patient care in home settings across Virginia. You will perform admissions evaluations, regularly re-evaluate patient needs, coordinate with physicians and the health team, and document care using the EMR, while supporting patients and families with dignity.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school with an RN license in Virginia.
• Two years of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Driver’s license and automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing evaluation visits to new admissions.
• Regularly re-evaluate patient needs.
• Coordinate with the patient’s physician and health team.
• Complete bedside documentation using the EMR.
• Help ensure quality, compassionate end-of-life care.
