Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to join our team. You will deliver high-quality, compassionate in-home care, coordinating with families to ensure comfort, dignity, and support in the patient’s home setting.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, ongoing onboarding, and a family-focused culture with comprehensive benefits. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide education to caregivers in a respectful, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification

Pay Range

$28.93 - $48.22 / hour
