Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager in Missouri. You will coordinate end-of-life care, support patients and families, and work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered services.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships, educating caregivers, and ensuring comfort and dignity for patients in their homes or community settings.

Qualifications

• RN license required in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
• Current driver’s license.

• Build trusting, compassionate relationships with patients and families.
