Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager in Georgia to join a dedicated team delivering compassionate end-of-life care. This role focuses on supporting patients and families, coordinating interdisciplinary care, and ensuring comfort and dignity in the home or designated settings.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in the state, with hospice experience preferred, and a current driver’s license along with CPR/BCLS certifications.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
