Job summary

Compassus in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered care in the home setting. You will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, educate caregivers, and help patients spend meaningful time with loved ones while maintaining comfort and dignity.
