Job summary

Compassus in Vinita, OK is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to deliver compassionate home-based care.

You will assess patient needs, coordinate care with families, and educate caregivers, while collaborating with the care team to provide comfort and dignity.

Candidates must be an RN licensed in OK with 2 years of RN experience (hospice preferred), valid driver's license, and CPR/BCLS certification.

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
