Job summary

Compassus is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager in the Prescott, AZ area. You will provide compassionate, in-home hospice care, coordinating with the care team to support patients and families in comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

The role requires an active RN license in the state, at least two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), a valid driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS certification. Compassus offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive, family-focused culture.

Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager Requirements
