Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license in the state of Kentucky.
• Two years of RN experience required; hospice experience preferred.
• Must have current CPR and BCLS certifications.

Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager Requirements

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
