Compassus in Michigan is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to deliver compassionate in-home and community-based care. You will partner with patients and families to develop care plans that honor their goals and comfort.

You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate caregivers, and coordinate services to support quality of life. A valid RN license, 2 years of RN experience (hospice preferred), and CPR/BCLS are required.

Qualifikationen

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
