Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a Hospice Staff RN (Per Diem) to deliver compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care for older adults in home and facility settings. You will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, manage pain and complex symptoms, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team.

In this per diem role, you will educate and advocate for patients and families, ensure accurate documentation in an EMR, and collaborate with colleagues to optimize care delivery and continuity

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure and strong hospice/palliative care knowledge.
• Excellent clinical judgment in symptom management and end-of-life care.
