Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our patient‑centered team in Grenada, MS. You will provide compassionate nursing care, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with physicians, families, and the care team to ensure comfort and dignity at the end of life.

Qualified candidates hold an MS RN license with at least one year of nursing experience and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (MS).
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life.
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to carry out care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to guide care decisions and document progress.
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
• Participate in on‑call or admission rotations as needed.

Overview

Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)

Pay: $34-36 hr plus mileage, based on experience

Schedule: M-F 8a-5p

Coverage Area: Grenada and surrounding areas

Selected Nurse will have least 2 years experience in hospital, home health or hospice and a MS RN license
