Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a registered Dietitian to provide nutritional support to clients and their caregivers in the home setting. You will act as a resource to branch staff and ensure care planning reflects current dietary guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a degree in nutrition or dietetics, state registration, and at least one year of related experience, with knowledge of Medicare rules and home health operations.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited dietitian program.
• Must be registered to practice in the state in which they currently practice.
• Must have a minimum of one year of work related experience.
• Must have demonstrated knowledge of home health or hospice environments and Medicare standards.
• Must have basic technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

Provide nutritional support services to clients and caregivers in the home and serve as a resource and consultant to branch staff.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited dietitian program. Must be registered to practice in the state in which they currently practice.
• Must possess a minimum of one year of work related experience.
• Must have demonstrated knowledge of the working environment of a home health or hospice agency, including performing services in a patient’s home. Must have demonstrated knowledge of the Medicare regulatory and credential standards and criteria.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Education and experience, preferred

• Experience in a home health and hospice setting is preferred.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid state driver license
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
• Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
• Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
• CPR is required for Georgia. CPR certification preferred in all other states
