Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide nutritional care in a home-based setting. You will evaluate client needs, develop care plans, and support families while collaborating with branch staff to ensure high-quality nutrition services.

The role requires state licensure, experience in home health or hospice, and comfort with Medicare regulations. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited dietitian program.
• Must be registered to practice in the state in which they currently practice.
• Must have minimum of one year of work related experience.
• Must have knowledge of the working environment of a home health or hospice agency, including performing services in a patient’s home.
• Must understand Medicare regulatory and credential standards and criteria.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid state driver license
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
• Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
• Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
• CPR is required for Georgia. CPR certification preferred in all other states
