• Provides quarterly reports on team, operations, finances, and clinical performance to the board.
• Oversees the development and training of hospice staff to ensure high-quality care and compliance with policies.
• Manages day-to-day operations for hospice program, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of all agency operations.
• Leads strategic growth initiatives to expand hospice services and network, including future inpatient unit expansions.
• Ensures financial viability of hospice through effective budget management and financial accountability.
• Provides leadership to integrate the Mission and Vision of the organization throughout hospice services.
• Oversees compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including reporting to the Board for oversight and approval.
• Develops and implements corporate policies and procedures to meet regulatory and legal requirements.
• Leads the implementation of the annual strategic plan to ensure expansion and financial viability.
