Qualifications

• HOSPICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program
• Licensed as a registered nurse in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to deal tactfully with patients, families, visitors, agency personnel, and the public
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance

Schedule

PRN 1-2 shifts per week with 1 weekend shift per month, 12:00AM-8:30AM

Salary

$38.46-$45.67 hourly, based on experience

• Assess physical, psychological, social, and spiritual factors impacting patient and family needs; coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team

• Perform clinical pronouncement of death and support families
• Maintain accurate records, care plans, and progress notes
