Silverado Hospice San Diego is seeking a Hospice Patient Care Manager / Clinical Manager (RN) to lead clinical operations and support interdisciplinary teams while ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care.

Mandatory qualifications include an active RN license, 1+ year in healthcare management (hospice preferred), and ability to drive to patient locations. Anticipated pay range is $110,000–$125,000 USD with robust benefits.

• Registered Nurse with a valid state license.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in healthcare management, ideally in hospice.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to patient locations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Fill a management role with both clinical and operational responsibility for your team.
• Serve as liaison between the Director of Patient Care Services, clinical staff, patients, families, and the community.
• Oversee scheduling, workflow, and compliance for clinical associates.
• Step in to provide routine patient care in the absence of other clinical staff members.
• Ensure adherence to hospice policies, state and federal regulations, and Silverado standards.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
