Job summary

Integrity Placement Group is sourcing a Hospice – Patient Care Manager (RN) in Georgia. The role is in-office, Monday to Friday, 8:00–5:00, with travel as needed and administrative responsibilities supporting the Clinical Director.

The ideal candidate will hold an RN license in GA, have at least three years hospice experience, be BLS certified, and bring clinical management expertise to the team. Salary is $100,000–$110,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed to practice in this state with hospice experience.
• Clinical management experience required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all clinical services in the absence of the Clinical Director.
• Partner with other Patient Care Managers to prepare staff for state surveys.
• In-office administrative duties; travel in the field as needed.
• Ensure staff conduct, disclosure, and immediate corrective plans during survey visits.

We’re actively looking for a Patient Care Manager (RN). The pay range our client is offering is $100,000-$110,000 Salary.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed to practice in this state who has at least three (3) years Hospice experience.
• Clinical Management Experience
• Must have current Basic Life Support Certification
• Must have reliable transportation and maintain a current driver license in the state and maintain automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00 to 5:00)
• In Office Position
• Administrative On-Call – 1:3 weeks
• Willing to help when needed and travel in the field when necessary
• Supervises and direct all clinical services in the absences of the Clinical Director
• Partners with the other Patient Care Manager to ensure staff is prepared for state survey, instructing staff on matters of conduct and disclosure, being interviewed by surveyors, immediate plan of corrections of problems noted by surveyors.
