Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Per Diem Pastoral Care professional in Plymouth, MA to provide compassionate spiritual support to patients and families within the hospice setting. The role includes conducting psycho-spiritual assessments and developing treatment plans with the hospice team.

Required is a Master of Divinity or equivalent, plus 4 CPE units and solid knowledge of hospice counseling. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential; on-call duties may be required.

Formación

• Master of Divinity, Master of Theology or Masters in Pastoral Counseling.
• Minimum of four units of Clinical Pastoral Education (C.P.E.).
• Comprehensive knowledge of hospice counseling practice.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and customer service approach in a hospice or related setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provides pastoral care and counseling to patients and families.
• Completes psycho-spiritual assessments.
• Develops psycho-spiritual treatment plans with patient, family and hospice team.
• Ensures continuity of familiar religious resources and practices for patients.
• Coordinates memorial services sponsored by hospice.
• Liaises with area community clergy and provides educational programs.
• Participates in the Agency Quality Assurance Program.
• Assumes administrative on-call responsibilities as needed.
