Moments Hospice in Alexandria, MN is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse to cover nights and weekends. This full-time role operates on a 7 days on, 7 days off cycle, with shifts from Monday-Thursday 5:00pm-8:30am and Friday 5:00pm through Monday 8:30am, to support home-based hospice care.

You will manage patient needs, coordinate with case managers, and deliver compassionate community health services, ensuring seamless, quality care across families’ homes.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with hospice experience preferred.
• On-call role requires night and weekend coverage.
• Strong community health education skills.
