Piedmont Rockdale is a 25-minute reverse commute from Atlanta proper and Piedmont Atlanta Hospital. The ideal candidate would be committed to providing high-quality and compassionate care to patients.

Piedmont Rockdale Hospital is excited to announce our new Palliative Care program starting July 1st, 2025. With strong support from hospital leadership and high demand from attending physicians, this program is poised for growth. Initially, it will be a single-provider location with potential to expand. The hospital has an annual admission rate of 12,000, and we aim for the program to maintain at least a 5% penetration rate. PRH does not have a GIP program; all hospice referrals are managed externally. The facility benefits from an employed IMS team, Pulmonary/Critical Care team, and a growing Oncology and Heart Failure team.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care (fellowship trained with Palliative Care experience highly preferred)
• Exceptional clinical and communication skills
• EPIC experience a plus
