Job summary

KeystoneCare Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Healthcare Account Executive - Palliative & Hospice Services to expand access to compassionate care in the community. The role focuses on building partnerships with hospitals, physician practices, and long-term care facilities to drive timely referrals and patient-centered care.

Ideal candidates are relationship-driven sales professionals with healthcare experience and a willingness to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Preferable experience in Hospice/Home Health or clinical setting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.
• Well organized with strong prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes KeystoneCare services to new and existing clients and expands business through networking.
• Meets and exceeds territory growth targets.
• Travel independently in the community to meet referral sources and the public.
• Develops basic clinical knowledge to support KeystoneCare marketing activities.
