Qualifications

• Minimum one-year general nursing preferred with hospice or critical care experience.
• Available on call from Friday 5 PM until Monday 07:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled professional nursing care to patient/family/caregivers as prescribed.
• Determine appropriateness of further instruction after clinical staff reports.
• Timely documentation of all after-hours calls and visits.
