Qualifications

Available on call from Friday 5 PM until Monday 07:00 AM.

Responsibilities
Provide skilled professional nursing care to patient/family/caregivers as prescribed.
Determine appropriateness of further instruction after clinical staff reports.
Timely documentation of all after-hours calls and visits.
