Three Oaks Hospice, Inc. seeks an On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes across the territory of Tarrant and Parker counties.

This role emphasizes compassionate listening, caring, and responsive service to patients and families. The RN administers care, coordinates with the interdisciplinary team and referring agencies, and assumes responsibility for coordinating care while maintaining clinical excellence and adherence to CPR and nursing standards.

Formación

• RN license in the state.
• Two years of RN experience in clinical care; hospice/home health preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient computer skills; familiarity with MS Office preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer skilled nursing care for clients of all ages in their place of residence.

POSITION SUMMARY

• Primary functions are to administer skilled nursing care for clients of all ages in their place of residence

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or bachelors degree in Nursing
• Current state license as an RN and current state drivers license
• Two years experience as an RN in a clinical care setting; hospice or home health experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Proficient skill using a computer is required; Microsoft office suite experience is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide effective support to the patient and family
• Demonstrate skill in nursing practice ability to cope with family emotional stress and tolerance of individual lifestyles
