Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a dedicated On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice care team serving North Dallas and surrounding communities. Primary responsibilities include administering skilled nursing care at patients' homes, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, families, and referring agencies, and ensuring seamless continuity of care.
Qualified candidates hold an accredited nursing degree, RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of clinical RN experience;
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5:00pm-8:30am

We are looking for a passionate On-Call Registered Nurse RN to join our leading team of hospice care professionals and make a difference, by listening, caring, and serving.
Primary functions are to administer skilled nursing care for clients of all ages in their place of residence, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family and referring agency; and assumes the responsibility for coordination of care.
