Job summary

Sage Hospice Primary & Palliative Care in Mesa, AZ is seeking a PRN on-call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of hospice care professionals. You will deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and ensure comfort and dignity at end of life.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to support patients and families.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing
