Job summary

Bon Secours Home Care and Hospice by Compassus is seeking a Business Office Coordinator to lead the program's business office and related operations. You will oversee billing, payroll, and administrative quality improvement while promoting Compassus core values.

You will collaborate across departments, support onboarding, maintain records in Workday, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. A strong background in office management and healthcare billing is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with insurance and Medicare/Medicaid billing preferred.
• Experience in office management and HRIS is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage business office operations, including billing, payroll, and records.
• Coordinate onboarding and HRIS data with human resources.
• Liaise with clinical and administrative teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with records retention and regulatory requirements.
