Job summary

GBMC HealthCare is seeking a nursing leader to oversee clinical patient care delivery in the assigned area(s). The role requires RN licensure in Maryland, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and at least five years of progressive clinical experience with two years in a leadership capacity.

Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred. The position emphasizes effective staff leadership, budgeting, and policy development within a collaborative care environment.

Qualifications

• RN or other Maryland licensure required.
• Minimum 5 years progressive clinical experience; at least 2 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Education may substitute for some experience.

Manages, the human, fiscal and communication resources to facilitate coordination of care.Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Master’s Degree in Nursing, or related degree or the equivalent preferred. Licensures/Certifications: • RN or other relevant licensure in the state of Maryland. Experience: At least five (5) years progressive clinical experience, including at least two (2) years’ in a lead or supervisory role. Additional education may be substituted for some of the experience.
