Job summary

Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) is seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee the clinical patient care delivery in designated areas. The role supervises staff, coordinates care, and optimizes resource use to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Maryland RN licensure with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and a Master’s degree in Nursing is preferred. A minimum of five years of progressive clinical experience, including two in a leadership capacity, is

• Five+ years progressive clinical experience, including at least two years in a lead or supervisory role. Additional education may substitute for some experience.

Licensures/Certifications

• Substantial interpersonal and verbal communication skills required in order to provide effective leadership to assigned staff, maintain effective contacts with patients, families, physicians and community
• Analytical skills necessary to organize and oversee the work of others and to develop and administer sound policies, procedures, budgets and clinical practices.

Pay Range

$86,688.82 - $146,580.64

Final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience and alignment with our organizational needs.
