Position Summary:
HealthFlex is seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager who strives to make a real impact for our community. By joining our team you will be providing skilled services to help patients and families cope with the End of Life process.

Pay Range: $58.00-$65.00/hr
Compensation is determined by the following factors; experience, knowledge, skills, location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
