Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our hospice care team in Beaumont, TX. You will provide medical care to hospice patients, determine eligibility, and manage pain and symptoms as part of an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires NP licensure in Texas, familiarity with Medicare conditions of participation, and reliable technology use. A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required; experience in hospice is preferred.

Competenze

• Must be a graduate of an approved school and licensed as a nurse practitioner (NP) in the state.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including Medicare conditions of participation.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Mansioni

• Provide medical care to hospice patients.
• Determine hospice eligibility and pain and symptom management.
