Job summary

SSM Health DePaul Hospital in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a full-time Hospice Nurse Practitioner for our inpatient hospice team. You will provide autonomous, high-quality palliative care at the top of your license with both onsite and virtual support.

Schedule is Monday–Friday daytime hours with no nights, weekends, or after-hours calls. Applicants should be NP graduates, MO licensure eligible, and DEA-licensed; hospice or palliative care experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nationally accredited NP program.
• MO Licensure or eligibility required.
• DEA license or eligibility required.
• Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred.
• Ability to work independently and be a flexible team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous hospice NP care in inpatient setting.
• Work Monday–Friday, daytime hours with no nights/weekends/call.
• Utilize onsite and virtual support for patient management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize symptom control.
