Job summary

SSM Health DePaul Hospital is seeking a full-time Hospice Nurse Practitioner to join our inpatient hospice team. The role offers daytime hours Monday–Friday, with no nights, weekends, or after-hours call, and supports autonomous practice with onsite and virtual assistance as needed.
