Job summary

The VIOS Clinic seeks a Hospice Nurse to provide end-of-life care in patients' homes and facilities. You will assess symptoms, administer medications, and coordinate interdisciplinary care.

You will support patients and families physically, emotionally, and spiritually, while documenting care in the EMR and collaborating with the care team to develop and implement plans. This role requires compassion, cultural humility, and excellent communication.
