Are you a compassionate RN who feels called to make a meaningful impact at the end of life? Gentle Partners in Hospice is urgently seeking dedicated Full-Time and Part-Time Registered Nurses to join our team in providing home hospice care to patients and families throughout the San Antonio area.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct nursing care and symptom management in patients’ homes
• Support patients and families with education, empathy, and clear communication
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and follow individualized care plans
• Deliver care with heart—guided by integrity, professionalism, and compassion

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed RN in the state of Texas
• Prior hospice or home health experience strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Excellent clinical judgment and interpersonal skills
• A passion for walking with families through the end-of-life journey
