Moments Hospice is seeking a Music Therapist to lead therapy sessions and improve patient comfort during advanced illness. You will work closely with the clinical team to tailor interventions, document outcomes, and support families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Music Therapy from an accredited program.
• Board Certified as a Music Therapist by CBMT.
• Experience with diverse instruments and hospice care.
• Strong written and verbal communication; adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist patients in music therapy interventions.
• Reduce symptoms such as anxiety and depression through music.
• Educate the clinical team on music therapy appropriateness and contraindications.
• Maintain accurate records within 24 hours of sessions.
