Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a licensed and board-certified Music Therapist to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in hospice settings. You will deliver therapeutic music interventions, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients and families.

The role requires a Bachelor of Music Therapy, MT-BC certification, state licensure where required, and the ability to travel to patient homes within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Music Therapy degree required
• Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) credential required
• State Music Therapy Licensing where required
• At least six (6) months of work/education experience with geriatric health care
• At least six (6) months of work/education experience with end-of-life/terminal illness health care
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to spend approximately 20% of workday driving to and from patient locations
• Drug screen required prior to employment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
