Job summary

Residential Home Health and Hospice in Moosic, PA seeks a licensed Music Therapist (MT-BC) with a Bachelor of Music Therapy to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a home hospice setting. You will travel to patient homes, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, implement therapy plans, educate families, and support comfort and quality of life at end of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Music Therapy degree.
• Current Board certified (MT-BC) credential according to U. S. Certification Board for Music Therapists.
• State music therapy licensing where required.
• At least six (6) months of work/education experience with geriatric health care.
• At least six (6) months of work /education experience with end-of-life/terminal illness health care.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
