Grace Hospice Minneapolis is seeking a compassionate Music Therapist (MT-BC) to join our interdisciplinary care team in Minneapolis, MN. You will assess patient needs, develop individualized plans, and provide visits that promote comfort, connection, and quality of life.
The role requires MT-BC certification, a bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy, and at least 1 year of experience (2+ preferred). A driver’s license and reliable transportation are needed to support patient visits.
