Maintains licensure, LVHN medical staff privileges and ability to provide optimum care. Coordinates patient care efficiently and effectively with LVHN representatives and staff members. Supervises Advanced Practice Clinicians, physicians, residents, fellows and medical students, when needed. Collaborates with colleagues to fulfill the missions of LVHN. **Job Duties*** Provides quality evaluation and treatment to patients.* Involves patients, families, and colleagues in providing high quality patient-centered care and service excellence. Encourages and models constructive dialogue and crucial conversations.* Collaborates with colleagues and participates in LVHN activities. Maintains optimal availability for patient care. Promotes the health of the community.* Monitors patient satisfaction scores and works with leadership on strategies to improve the patient experience.* Documents and codes all patient visits and encounters in appropriate medical record in accordance with LVHN or other applicable compliance standards, state, and federal guidelines.* Uses standard processes and evidence-based guidelines to achieve quality care.
