The McGregor Foundation is seeking a Hospice Social Worker to join an interdisciplinary group. This role involves providing essential social work services to patients and families during terminal illness, ensuring compassionate care and support based on professional standards. Candidates must have an MSW and possess strong interpersonal skills, commitment to hospice philosophy, and the ability to manage complex emotional and practical issues associated with death and dying.

As an integral member of the Hospice Interdisciplinary Group, the Hospice Social Worker is responsible for implementation of professional standards of care for medical social work hospice services. Responsible for upholding the standards, ethics, clinical practice and values of the State of Ohio CSWFMT Board, and McGregor.
