Job summary

DME Express LLC in Louisiana seeks delivery drivers/technicians to deliver and pick up medical equipment for hospice patients, including wheelchairs, hospital beds and oxygen. Training is provided; no experience is required for the right candidates.

You will follow DOT/FDA rules, maintain equipment, educate patients, and use an app to complete deliveries and pickups. A valid driving record and ability to lift 75 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude at all times.
• Clean driving record is required.
• Able to lift 75 pounds daily.
• 24/7 operations with rotating on-call schedule.
• Accepts other duties and activities as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Determines daily routes, assembles and delivers equipment, educates patient and family.
• Enforces DOT and FDA regulations for Oxygen and DME as applicable.
• Completes delivery/pickup through the app promptly and accurately.
• Performs daily vehicle maintenance and keeps vehicle clean.
• Promotes teamwork and represents the company professionally.
