Job summary

Moments Hospice is seeking a dedicated Massage Therapist to alleviate patient symptoms and improve comfort, under the Clinical Director’s guidance. The role offers on-the-road service across Minnesota with a fleet car for business and personal use at minimal cost, plus comprehensive benefits.

You’ll conduct patient assessments, provide therapeutic massage, and document outcomes within tight timelines, working closely with a clinical team to support individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program with a minimum of 500 hours of training.
• Current licenses or certifications as required by state law.
• Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license required
• National Certification Exam (NCTMB) completion (Preferred)
• 1 year of experience as a Massage Therapist (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide massage therapy services under the direction of the Clinical Director according to each patient’s individualized care plan.
• Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment and effectiveness.
• Perform massage therapy to alleviate symptoms and promote relaxation and comfort.
• Observe and report patient responses and condition changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate patient records within 24-48 hours of sessions.
