Job summary

Moments Hospice in Minnesota is seeking a Massage Therapist to alleviate symptoms and promote comfort under the Clinical Director. You will provide personalized massage therapy as part of the patient care plan while traveling between patient visits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program with 500 hours.
• Current licenses or certifications as required by state law.
• CPR certification currently active.
• Valid driver's license required
• NCTMB certification preferred.
• 1 year massage therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage therapy services under the direction of the Clinical Director according to each patient's individualized care plan.
• Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment and effectiveness.
• Perform massage therapy to alleviate symptoms and promote relaxation and comfort.
• Observe and report patient responses and condition changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate patient records within 24-48 hours of sessions.
