Job summary

Moments Hospice seeks a dedicated Massage Therapist to alleviate patient symptoms and promote comfort under the Clinical Director’s guidance. You’ll tailor interventions to each care plan, assess responses, and document progress while supporting on-road care delivery and professional growth.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, performing massage therapy, and reporting changes to the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program with a minimum of 500 hours of training.
• Current licenses or certifications as required by state law.
• Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• National Certification Exam (NCTMB) completion (Preferred)
• 1 year of experience as a Massage Therapist (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide massage therapy services under the direction of the Clinical Director according to each patient’s individualized care plan.
• Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment and effectiveness.
• Perform massage therapy to alleviate symptoms and promote relaxation and comfort.
• Observe and report patient responses and condition changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate patient records within 24-48 hours of sessions.
