Job summary

A dedicated healthcare provider is seeking a reliable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join their office in Cathedral City, California. This in-office role will support clinical and administrative operations, requiring strong computer skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Ideal candidates will have an active LVN license and experience with HospiceMD. Duties include managing medication orders, handling patient calls, and maintaining records. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Must have an active LVN license in good standing.
• Experience using HospiceMD is required.
• Preferably has hospice experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate hospice medication and supply orders.
• Answer and triage incoming calls from patients and vendors.
• Document and manage patient information using HospiceMD.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
