The position offers hourly pay from $20.00 to $35.00 depending on experience, with benefits after enrollment and a flexible PRN schedule in the Cookeville area.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in the agency state of operation.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• Understanding hospice care and interdisciplinary care team roles.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical care to patients, under RN supervision.
• Observes and reports patient conditions and documents in EMR.
• Performs procedures as instructed by an RN.
• Participates in care planning with the IDT team.
• Available for on-call according to rotating schedule.
