Qualifications

• Three years of nursing experience, preferably in community health, hospice, or medical/surgical.
• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in Ohio.
• Valid driver's license with insured automobile.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as defined in State Nurse Practice Act.
• Implement current nursing practice following assessments and care plans.
• Document patient services accurately and timely.
