Addus HomeCare, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for hospice care in Mason, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have three years of nursing experience and a strong understanding of hospice philosophy.

Qualifications

• Three years of nursing experience. Community health, hospice or medical/surgical experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an automobile that is insured according to state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as defined in State Nurse Practice Act.
• Implement nursing practices following assessment and care plan.
• Provide accurate and timely documentation of patient services.
• Educate patient and family about diagnosis and care.
• Participate in the coordination of hospice services.
