You should have an active Maine LPN license, strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of RNs, social workers and aides to honor patient

• Active Maine LPN license.
• Experience in hospice, home health, or palliative care is valued.
